Married study abroad couple seeking furnished flat

Hi! We are a married American couple studying abroad at Canterbury Christ Church University from approximately September–December 2026. We are looking for a furnished studio, 1-bedroom flat, annex, or short-term sublet within walking distance of campus or the city centre. We are quiet, clean, responsible, and financially prepared.
