Professional Female - Seeks Modern New Build

Looking for a modern/new-build room or home in London, with a budget of up to £1,100 per month including bills.

Ideally I’d like to be close to the Victoria line, or somewhere with a quick and easy commute to it.

What I’m looking for:
• Modern/new-build property with modern furniture
• Built-in wardrobes or plenty of wardrobe/storage space
• Ensuite preferred, or sharing a bathroom with no more than one other person
• Balcony or garden would be a big bonus
• Very clean, tidy, simple and uncluttered home
• Weekly cleaner preferred
• Friendly, respectful and tidy working professionals in a similar age group

I’m also happy to buddy up with one or two like-minded professionals to find a really nice property together.

I’m a full-time working professional, friendly, respectful, very clean and tidy, and looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like home.
