Aussie Professional Looking for a Room (June move)

Hi, I’m moving from Brisbane, Australia to London in June and am looking for a great room/house share.

I work in corporate finance, so during the week I’m usually pretty busy, but outside of work I’m very social and active. I’m big into gym, running, tennis, and golf, and I’m a huge sports fan in general. I also enjoy cooking, movies, and a good session at the pub—always up for a drink, a laugh, or watching the game.

I’d say I strike a good balance between being social and respectful of personal space. I enjoy a home where people are friendly and can hang out, but I also appreciate downtime. I’m very neat, tidy, and considerate, and I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable.

In terms of the room, I’m looking for somewhere with a double bed and ideally enough space for a desk/WFH setup. A nice kitchen would be a big plus, as I enjoy cooking. I’m flexible on bathroom and other living arrangements.

Ideally, I’d love a larger house share with plenty of people to socialise with and a good house dynamic, but I’m open-minded and ultimately just looking for a great place with good people and a relaxed vibe - somewhere that feels like home rather than just a room.
