Room needed 2-3 days a week

I live in Kent with my family and have a 6-12 month contract for work in Newcastle, it might be longer than 12 months but hard to tell at this stage. I will only be in the house 2-3 days a week.

I don't mind who I share with as long as they are clean, tidy and respectful.

Ideal locations would be close to the city centre or close to public transport.

Personality wise: Stable, clean, tidy, easygoing/relaxed, good sense of humour, respectful etc. I dont have any zany hobbies, I dont cook anything thats very smelly and dont smoke.

I start my contract in early June but happy to have video call in advance if useful or visit after i start contract.
