Looking for room or buddy up

Hey! I’m Lauren, 32, originally from Perth, Australia, and currently looking for either a room or people keen to buddy up and find a place together. I currently live alone in Kingston but wanting to find a friend or two to live with closer to the city 😊 I have my own furniture (currently in a two bed) we could use for an unfurnished empty place if needed. Also happy to sell it if I move into an already furnished place.

I work full-time in London as an Executive Assistant (and currently coach classes at an F45 - fully qualified PT! Would be happy to provide free services 😋) and usually do a mix of office/gym/social life during the week. I’m pretty easy-going, clean, respectful of space, and ideally looking for a home rather than just a crash pad - somewhere friendly and relaxed where everyone gets along.

Outside of work I’m massively into fitness/training, brunches, walks, and the occasional wine/pub night. I’m social but not a huge partier these days.

I also have two indoor cats who are genuinely very chill, affectionate, and well-behaved (and fully litter trained/scratch post obsessed). They’re a big part of my life so I’d love to find somewhere pet friendly with people who like cats.
