Two Young Professionals looking for 2-Bedroom flat

We are two young professionals (Cecilia and Emma) looking for a 2-bedroom flat in central London or well-connected Zone 1–2 areas.

Both of us are working full-time professionals, with UK residency rights (one UK citizen, one visa holder), and have been living and working in London for 2 and 5 years respectively. We are tidy, reliable tenants and really value a calm, well-kept and comfortable home.

We’re now looking for a place with:

2 bedrooms (not more)
A bright, naturally lit space
At least one shared area (ideally spacious and comfortable living room)
1–2 bathrooms (2 preferred but not essential)
A well-equipped kitchen (we both enjoy cooking)
Good wardrobe/storage space in bedrooms
Furnished or unfurnished considered
Preferred areas

We are flexible but ideally looking for well-connected and safe neighbourhoods with good access to central London. Priority areas include:

Maida Vale / Little Venice
Islington (Angel, Highbury, Canonbury)
Marylebone / Paddington 7 Regents Park edges
Camden / Kentish Town
Fitzrovia / Euston / King’s Cross
West Hampstead / St John’s Wood

We are particularly drawn to areas well connected via:

Bakerloo line
Central line
Jubilee line

We value:

Location and good transport links
Quiet, non-noisy residential streets
Clean, well-maintained properties
A comfortable kitchen and shared space for relaxing and cooking
