New PhD student looking for flatmate(s)

Hellooo!!! Joining Bristol uni this coming Sept for a PhD in Neuroscience!! Looking for anyone who fancies buddying up to find a flat / anyone who's got a room to spare around my budget (happy to go lower obvs and could possibly stretch to higher but not ideal as still a student). I'd love to live in Redlands / Clifton / Cotham but won't be too fussy as time's ticking lol. I'm super chatty but totally value my own space too. Love the pub and chill pub nights or nights in watching reality TV. I'm super super clean and pretty fussy about bathrooms being not gross so will definitely hold up my end of the bargain!! I'd love to live with girls but mix of genders totally fine too as long as nice vibes.
