Hey, I’m 29 and work in marketing. I’m currently looking for a spacious double room, ideally with an en-suite and enough space for a desk as I work from home fairly regularly.

I am particularly only looking to live in Hitchin or Stevenage right now as those have the line I need for my work commute.

I’m sociable and enjoy a good catch-up or movie night, but I also really value my own space and downtime. I’m very clean and organised, so I’m looking for a home where people are respectful of shared spaces and generally keep things tidy.

Outside of work, I’m really into fitness and exercise (always respectful with noise), and I enjoy the cinema, theatre shows, cooking, travelling when I can, and long walks.

Budget is around £950 including bills. Open to buddying up with the right person to find somewhere nice together too. Happy to meet for a coffee or viewing first to see if we’d be a good fit as housemates.
