Looking for a property for myself and my wife

Hi there can I begin this message by asking wether you accept housing benefit for this or any other properties you may have available. So myself and my wife would really like to be considered for renting this lovely flat. Im 44, as is my wife we are both suffering long term ill health which is reflected in the benefits we receive, which are UC and PIP. We currently have separate claims and are looking to possibly get a joint claim sorted once settled in a new property. We would like to proceed in being considered for a meet and viewing.
