Working Professional Looking for a Furnished Room

Hi there! I’m David, a full-time hospitality professional working in Edinburgh. Due to my current landlord putting my apartment on the market, I’m actively looking for a new, long-term place to call home from mid-June.
I’m incredibly reliable when it comes to rent and bills, and after years of flat-sharing, I fully understand the unwritten rules of community living. I’m clean, organized, and very respectful of shared living spaces and personal boundaries.

My working hours mean I’m often out during busy hospitality shifts, but when I am home, I like to unwind. I’m always up for a casual chat over coffee, a shared takeaway, or a movie night, but I equally value and respect everyone’s need for quiet, independent downtime.
A few quick things about me:

I’m hoping to find a furnished double room in a friendly, relaxed flatshare. Location-wise, I’d love to stay around the Haymarket, West End, or surrounding areas to keep my commute manageable, but I’m open to the right place! My ideal move-in date would be around mid-June (any time before June 25th works perfectly).
