I am a single person currently supported by Bristol City Council under the Relief Duty (Section 189B). I am urgently looking for a room (furnished or unfurnished) in a shared house in Easton or very close areas.
Key details:
• I am on Universal Credit and financially stable.
• Bristol City Council can assist with the deposit and first month’s rent paid directly to the landlord.
• I am a quiet, clean, and responsible tenant.
• I have mental health support in place and I am looking for a peaceful and respectful house.
• No pets.
I am ready to view and move in as soon as possible. References and proof of council support available.
Preferred location: Easton (priority) also open to St George, Lawrence Hill, Redfield, or Barton Hill.
