Hi, I’m looking for a clean and comfortable single room to rent around Hatfield, Welham Green, Brookmans Park or Potters Bar with a budget of around £500 pcm including bills if possible.

I’m an MBA student at University of Hertfordshire and also working at South Mimms Welcome Break. I travel to work using an e-scooter, so I’m ideally looking for a place with an easy and safe commute to South Mimms.
