Aakanksha, F, 34, Move In Date 25th Sept

Hi,
I’m Aakanksha Gupta, currently based in India and moving to London in September for work. I’ll be joining Deloitte London as a Manager.
I’m looking for an ensuite room in a warm and friendly home rather than just a place to stay. Since I plan to settle in London for the next few years, I’d love to live with people who are respectful, sociable, and easygoing. My budget is up to £1,400 inclusive of bills.
As I’ll be relocating internationally, I’ll be bringing some belongings from India, so I’m ideally looking for a room with decent storage space. I’ll also be working from home around 3 days a week, so a comfortable and peaceful environment is important to me.
Outside work, I enjoy exploring new places, cooking healthy meals, doing yoga occasionally, dancing, and listening to music while doing chores (don’t worry — I use headphones and am very mindful of shared spaces!). I’m friendly, considerate, clean, and always happy to contribute positively to the home environment.
I also love trying new things and usually say yes to plans and experiences, even if they’re outside my comfort zone. Bonus points if you enjoy Indian food, because I love cooking and sharing meals from time to time 😊
