Italian Postgraduate Student Seeking Accommodation

My name is Riccardo, and I am an Italian student currently looking for accommodation in London. I am ideally searching for a place along the Northern Line, particularly around Kentish Town or Tufnell Park, although I am also very interested in East London areas such as Whitechapel.

I am a responsible, tidy, and reliable tenant. I take both my studies and my living environment seriously, and I always make sure to keep the property clean and well maintained. I am quiet, respectful of neighbours and house rules, and I value having a calm and pleasant home atmosphere.

In my free time I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time at home. I am sociable and friendly, but also independent and organised. As an Italian, I enjoy cooking for myself and occasionally for others as well, and I like contributing positively to the home environment.
