27yo seeking a new space in Heaton/Sandyford

Hi! I'm Mason and my mate who I've been lodging with for 3 years is looking to sell his place, so I'm looking for somewhere new to rest my head!

I currently live in the smaller room of a 2 bed downstairs flat so I'm comfortable in a medium-small space, but I have most of my own bedroom furniture (including a double mattress) so somewhere unfurnished or with storage would be ideal. I'd prefer the Heaton/Sandyford area as I'm quite familiar with them and I'm hoping to begin work in the area soon, currently though I am full time employed and work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, this means I will be out for 12 hours most of the week.
On my days off when I'm not catching up on chores and errands I enjoy working on my car (at a separate workshop), whittling, cooking, fixing old electronics, working out, or volunteering in the parks. I have a few cast iron pots and pans and other cookware I'd be bringing with me along with a variety of houseplants, a full HiFi stack (good for parties!), a big hoover, potentially a fishtank, a can-do attitude, Costco card, and the ability to fix anything.

I'd like to live with a variety of people, it's the spice of life or so they say, I enjoy quiet nights in as well as trips to the pub, and I don't think I get enough chances to go for a boogie so more of that would be great! Outdoorsy, crafty, artsy bohemians are preferred but I get along with most everyone.
