Considerate professional seeks Leamington base

I am seeking a base in Leamington near to my workspace at 1 Mill Street for at least a year. I like to cook from scratch so a reasonable kitchen with basic equipment would be good. Quiet neighbourhood preferred. I'd like an allocated parking space - ideally with EV charging if possible as local public provision is quite poor and expensive. I am quiet, respectful and often away for business / breaks.
