Hi there! My name is Siddharth, I'm a 30-year-old professional relocating to London on 7th july 2026. I’m incredibly excited to make the city my home!

As a housemate, I’m very tidy, reliable, and respectful of everyone’s space and privacy. I love keeping a home clean and organized. I’m always up for a casual chat over tea, a shared dinner, or a pub trip on the weekend, but I also completely understand the need for quiet downtime after a busy day. In my free time, I love exploring local coffee shops, trying new food and going for walks to check out the city.

Work & Finances
I am moving with full, unrestricted legal rights to live and work in the UK. Back home, I work in IT Networking field and I am currently in the interview stages for roles in London. To make things completely secure and stress-free for future flatmates and landlords, I have substantial savings to easily cover my rent and living expenses for the next several months. I am more than happy to provide proof of funds or pay rent upfront if needed.

What I’m Looking For
Budget: Around £700 per month (ideally bills included).
Location: Open to various areas, but specifically looking around [Preferred Areas, e. g., Clapham, Fulham, Hackney] or anywhere with a good commute into central London.
Move-in Date: 14th july 2026.
