My name is Maddy, I'm a 23-year-old Canadian moving to Edinburgh this fall to complete my Master's degree, and looking to sublet a room for myself somewhere in the city.
A bit about me, I love to travel, and after living in Ireland for a bit when I was younger, I have always wanted to go back to Europe / gain experience in the UK, and am super excited to explore Scotland and travel around during my year there!
In terms of lifestyle, I'm pretty active and social, I'm into workout classes, hiking, live music, cards, a good pint of Guinness, and catching a sports game (also really eager to learn more/ get into rugby). I love getting to know the people I live with, but I'm equally happy giving everyone their space.
I've been in shared accommodation for the past four years during my bachelors degree, so I'm used to working around different schedules and routines. I'm clean, organised, and pretty low-maintenance.
I'll be moving in September and staying through to August 2027.
I'm looking for a comfortable, well-located flat to settle into for the year, so please reach out if you think it would be a good fit!
