23, LGBTQ+ friendly, looking for buddy up or room

Hey :) I’m Tom, I’m 23 and I work as an actuarial analyst in Manchester.

I’ve lived in Manchester for 4 years completing an integrated masters in maths at UoM.

I’m wanting to look for places within/near to the city centre (happy to have a bit of a walk there but the closer the better!).

Ideally we’d each have a room that’s big enough for/comes with a double bed and to still have some floor space and room for a desk! I work hybrid, but I prefer working in the office for sociability so usually only have 1 day working from home. I’m also looking for a place that has enough access to sunshine (maybe I’m being too picky here haha)
I’m hoping to move within May/June of this year (2026)

In my free time I love playing guitar or piano, reading, trying new cafés, hiking, gaming, bouldering and dancing swing dance, salsa and bachata (I used to President the tango society at the university too).

I really enjoy trying new things but also having a safe space I feel comfortable to live in and being able to share communal spaces without awkwardness haha
