Looking to buddy up

Hi everyone 👋

My name is Sam, I’m 24 and I’m looking for either a room or some fun people (& LGBT-friendly) to live with. I’m open to looking at different areas but for example.. I like the sound of Clapham/Balham, Battersea, Putney, Hackney etc. I’m also inbetween jobs at the moment (previously I’ve worked in marketing and I studied this at university too) so I’m also open to a shorter term sublet for a few months until I find something for the long term, I’m pretty flexible tbh.

Ideally, I’m looking to move any time between 8th June and end of June 🙂 I’d also say that my budget is probably around the £1k mark (rent+bills).

So a bit about me: As I mentioned before I’m a marketing graduate (I went to Sussex Uni) and I’m actively pursuing marketing roles - but I’m also really interested in television/creative production too and learning more about that. I actually only live in Surrey so not too far but I really want to live in London!

I’m open to living with guys or girls, as long as you’re respectful, clean up after yourself and not antisocial 😅 I really like house music, festivals, gym fitness, running, going out on random side quests, staying in too, pubs/bars, nature, travelling and I also am interested in learning how to DJ so bonus points if you can teach me 😎 . I also went travelling for 5 months to South East Asia and Australia and came back April last year!

I’d really love to live with people that gel together easily and are interested in actually getting along and being friends (rather than just being unknown people to one another in the same house).
