Hi, my name is Benji, and I'm looking for a 1 bed flat in Walthamstow to move into ASAP or at least before May (31st) when my current tenancy ends. My budget is between £1200-1350 pcm. Ideally the flat has private parking and/or close to underground/overground stations (Walthamstow & Wood St).
I’m looking for something ideally with no carpet floors, and the bedroom should be separate as opposed to open plan studio. I currently live in Walthamstow and it is my strong preference to stay here to be close to my community and because I work in East London.
I work for NHS so shift work sometimes makes it tricky to attend viewings - please show pictures of the flat available. No live-in landlords or shared accommodation, thanks.
