27, Professional looking for Room/Flatmate. ☕️🏙️

I’m Kane, originally from Gloucester but currently relocating properly to Manchester after landing a new role working within property maintenance around the M14 and surrounding areas. I’ll be working Monday-Friday and ideally looking to live either in or relatively close to the city centre whilst I settle into everything properly over the next year or so.

Outside of work I’m massively into the gym, health and keeping active in general. I don’t really drink much (probably a bit boring by Manchester standards) but I much prefer good coffee spots, nice food, saunas, tennis, MMA, football and socialising in places that don’t revolve around getting completely sh*tfaced every weekend.

I’m also really into music and creativity in general — I collect vinyl records, love discovering new artists, abstract art, reading philosophy/books and I’m currently in the middle of building my own startup alongside work.

I’d say I’m a very positive and grounded person and I genuinely like being around good energy and people who are easy to get on with. Definitely up for socialising, meeting new people and becoming mates with whoever I live with, whilst also respecting personal space and everyone doing their own thing.

My girlfriend already lives up here so the plan is basically to slowly settle myself into Manchester life properly before eventually moving in together somewhere down the line.

Looking for somewhere clean, relaxed and friendly with good people more than anything.
