23 yr old female looking for roommate

Hi! I’m a 23 year old female currently looking to team up with another girl to rent a place together rather than move into an existing house share.

I work for myself online, so I mostly work from home and tend to keep fairly unconventional hours sometimes ( i blame the ADHD lol😭). I go through phases of having a normal sleep schedule and then suddenly becoming a nocturnal goblin for a week because I tend to be most productive at nighttime. I’m generally quiet though and not disruptive.

Personality-wise, I’m a mix of social and introverted. I enjoy chatting/hanging out sometimes, but I also really value personal space and a peaceful home environment. I’m definitely more cozy/homebody vibes than party lifestyle.

Most of my time is usually spent working, gaming with friends, watching shows/movies, cooking, or occasionally doing artwork when I have the energy/time.

I have two chihuahuas who are extremely important to me, so I need someone genuinely comfortable around dogs. One is very friendly immediately, the other is a little anxious and defensive around new people at first, but he settles once he feels safe and familiar with someone. He can occasionally stress-mark in new environments, but i’m very aware of it and actively manage it carefully during transitions.

I also already have quite a lot of household furniture/appliances which should make moving easier ~ including a fridge, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, storage/display furniture, dog crate setup, cooking equipment, plates/cutlery/pots, exercise bike, and even a spare double bed frame if needed.

I have a medical cannabis prescription and vape it daily, so I’m completely fine with smokers & am 420 friendly. I rarely drink and I’m not really interested in a heavy party house. Small gatherings/friends over occasionally are totally fine as long as everyone’s respectful and tidy.

I’m looking to rent somewhere around Rochdale / Middleton / Heywood / Bury areas, but I’m flexible for the right situation.
I’m also open to Cheshire as my mum lives there :)

Ideally looking for someone who:
• wants a calm, comfortable home
• is respectful of privacy and boundaries
• is financially responsible
• likes animals
• is open to buddying up for a 2 bed rental together

I’d want to chat/video call first and ideally meet before committing to anything. Safety and good vibes matter a lot to me.
