Professional female seeking dog friendly room

Hi! I’m currently looking for a room to rent for myself and my lovely dog. I’m a clean, respectful and easy-going person who values a calm, friendly home environment.

I work full-time and keep fairly regular routines. In my spare time I enjoy getting outdoors, cooking and seeing friends. I’m sociable but also very considerate of personal space and quiet time.

My dog is a well behaved Collie x Golden Retriever. She is friendly, affectionate, fully house trained and great with people. She’s calm in the house, gets plenty of exercise and is not destructive.

I’m ideally looking for:
• A dog-friendly room/house share
• Somewhere clean, relaxed and respectful
• Good access to transport/parking would be a bonus
