Fashion student Looking for a room

Hi! My name is Safia and I’m a fashion student in London currently looking for a room to rent long term. I’m looking for somewhere I can stay for while I finish university and transition into full-time work.

I’m clean, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I spend most of my time studying, working on assignments or out during the day so I’m rarely home causing any trouble. I currently live with a landlady and can provide a reference from my current place.

Rent is always paid on time need to leave current room as my landlady is having a baby and needs the room

Ideally I’m looking for an unfurnished or mostly empty room as I already have my own furniture I’d like to bring with me. Having a proper lock/key for privacy is also important to me.

I’m looking for a calm and welcoming environment where I can focus on my goals and feel settled long term.

Budget: around £500–£600 depending on room/bills
Location: Open to different areas in London with good transport links
