Looking for a Short-term Tenancy near City Centre

Hi! I'm a 22yo undergraduate student at Imperial College London, and I will be moving to Birmingham this summer for a student placement from around late June until mid/late September, and therefore require a place to live in Birmingham for a short period.

I am looking for a clean, quiet and respectful living environment, ideally with professionals or postgraduates. I am tidy, non-smoking, and generally keep a fairly structured routine outside of work/gym/training, so I am probably best suited to a calmer household. My work place will be near the city centre, so areas such as Jewellery Quarter, Five Ways, Edgbaston or nearby locations would be ideal, though I am flexible with commute distance.

I have previously rented successfully in several sharehouse as a flatmate and a lodger, and references from previous landlords/housemates can be provided if requested.
