Postgraduate couple looking for 1-bed/room

Hi, I am a full-time postgraduate student at Heriot-Watt University studying Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. My partner is a postgraduate student at the Glasgow School of Art studying Service Design. We are looking for a furnished one-bedroom flat or studio in Edinburgh, ideally available around 5–10 July.

We are also open to a suitable room in a shared flat, preferably with students or postgraduate students. We would ideally like to live with flatmates who are clean, respectful and non-smokers. We are easy-going, quiet, tidy and considerate, and we always respect shared spaces.

We do not smoke, have no pets and do not hold parties. We are familiar with EH7 and would be happy to find a place around EH7, Leith Walk, Elm Row, the city centre, or other areas with convenient transport links.

Our rent would be funded by family support and personal savings. We can provide proof of study, bank statements, proof of funds and previous UK accommodation references if required. Ideally, we are looking for a one-bedroom flat around £950 per month, or a suitable room in a shared flat around £600 per month, but we can be flexible for the right place.
