Psychology Postgraduate Student

I'm looking for somewhere:
- From the start of September 2026 until around August 2027 time.
- At least around a 30 min walk from the central campus (George Square area).
- Budget up to ~£180 per week (budget is with bills included) (cheaper the better)
Preferably:
- a double bed
- somewhere to chill/read outside of my room (e. g. shared living space)

About me:
- Will be studying an MSc in Psychology of Individual Differences at University of Edinburgh.
- Will be 22 this August.
- Non-smoker
- I'm tidy and clean up after myself.
- I'm very chill, friendly and easy going.
- I like discussing ideas (philosophy, psychology, etc.).

Who I'd like to live with (I honestly don't mind too much, but):
- fairly tidy (mainly clean)
- respectful of shared space
- not looking for a party place
