Looking for shared flat with young professionals

Hey!

Mainly looking for places to call home within the Maida Vale, Kennington & Clerkenwell areas, plus their surrounding neighborhoods.

Having lived in flat shares in London for some time, I really value my space and my home. I enjoy sharing communal living areas and eating together as a flat when we can, plus a quick trip to the local for a few pints or a board game. At the same time, I think it's best to keep our shared spaces tidy and to respect each other's privacy.

A bit about myself: I am a pretty active person and am keen for almost any outdoor sport. I love to cycle and will be looking to keep my bike in my room or a secure space. For work, I manage a Michelin-starred restaurant. I genuinely love my job, and a big part of that is going out and trying new restaurants and wine bars whenever I can.

I have actually been looking after, living on, and fixing up a friend's canal boat in Little Venice for the last few months. Fortunately for them and, somewhat unfortunately for me, they have sold their lovely houseboat, hence why I am looking around for a new flat!
