Looking for a friendly home for next academic year

I am a medical student looking for a house share next year. I'm a Christian and don't drink or smoke but don't mind if others do outside or in their rooms. I love all board games (especially risk, splendor and monopoly :) ). I love baking and arts and crafts as well as just quality time with friends on walks or at the beach. I'm happy living anywhere in Exeter that it walking distance (at most 40 mins) from either campus (I'm a regular on both!)
