Looking for a room to rent from October

I am planning to start a 4-year course in Medicine this year after finishing an undergraduate degree and a PhD (I am 30 years old) and am looking for a place to live in starting from 26th September. I am a chill and tidy flatmate and love animals and plants.

Once the course starts I would be very busy and would probably spend most of my time at the library. I do love meeting people when I have the time however, and would be very happy if my flatmates have their friends over - I would be happy to join in for dinners as well - my cooking is not half-bad!

My main factor when it comes to the place I would like to live in is cost - my budget is within the £700 per month range, ideally less than that.

I would like my flatmate to be friendly, considerate, and ideally to be open to my fiends visiting potentially once every 2-3 months for a weekend.
