LSE student seeking central London rental/buddyup

I’m a second-year LSE student (Studying Maths, Stats & Business) from China, looking for a room from August/September — ideally a 2-bed flat around Holborn or somewhere within 30 mins on transit. Budget is around £350pw / £1500pcm, and bills included would be a big plus!

A bit about me:
I’m easy-going and pretty chill to live with. Weekdays I’m mostly on campus, and weekends I either stay in to recharge or head out with friends. I don’t smoke, and I’m fine with social drinking but don’t really drink at home.

I’m someone who really values personal space, I respect other people’s boundaries and hope for the same in return. I’m also quite tidy (maybe a little bit of a clean freak, honestly!) so I do care about shared spaces being kept neat. I usually set aside a day on the weekend for a proper clean, and I’d love a flatmate who’s up for sharing the cleaning fairly — whether that’s a rota or doing it together.

I love music(singing, instruments and musicals), movies, bouldering, volleyball, hiking and pretty much any kind of sport.

What I’m hoping for in a flatmate:
• Tidy and considerate with shared spaces: putting things back, cleaning up after cooking, etc.
• Quiet in the evenings and mornings (I’m a really light sleeper :(
• Respectful of boundaries, non-smoker
• Happy to give a heads-up before having friends over, and ideally not too often
• One thing that’s important to me: I’d prefer a flat where neither of us has partners staying overnight. I know this is a bit unusual, so I wanted to be upfront about it from the start :)
