How's it going?

I'm Matt. I'm 31 and looking to move somwhwre near the Victoria Park / Olympic Park / Hackney Marshes area.

Hoping to find somewhere clean and functional, with the basics. A comfortable (single or double) bed. Sockets. Reasonable Wi-Fi. Don't need the biggest bedroom in the house but, a wardrobe is a bonus. Kitchen with oven and hob. Respectful, chill flatmate(s).

To live with, I'm pretty easy going. Low maintenance. Don't have a lot of stuff. I stick to my routines. Normally in bed by 10pm on a school night. Quite quiet but don't want a silent house (would encourage talking on speaker phone, reading out loud, singing etc.) as long as it is not after 10pm. Used to living in a clean tidy environment so hoping to maintain that.
Always happy to negotiate or explore what we can do. Try and find a happy balance.

Socially, my schedule isn't super full. Happy to hang out. But not going to hold it against anyone for passing on invitations.
I'm happy walking and talking in the park. Sampling food markets. Going for a drink (alcohol optional) in an outside space / terrace / rooftop or a large open bar/pub. Appreciate a good dance. Particularly in a venue that also has space to chill.
