PhD looking for summer accommodation

Hi, I'm a PhD researcher on a paid summer placement at Kew Gardens, looking for a room from July to September (with some flexibility on either end if needed).

Chiswick, Ealing, Richmond and the surrounding areas would work perfectly for my commute — but I'm open to nearby suggestions too.

As a flatmate I'm clean, considerate and easy to live with. I'm just as happy having a coffee and a chat as I am giving people their space — I'll take my cues from you. I also bake, so there'll be the occasional treat going spare if you're interested.

I'm on a funded placement, so finances are straightforward, and I have good references from my current landlord and housemates if helpful.
