Looking for more flatmates

There’s 3 of us, I’m Non-binary (afab), other two are men. We are looking for at least one other flatmate (preferably female if only one). We’re all going into our 2nd year, two of us are studying media production.
We’re all quite chill, creative, tidy and friendly.

Three of our priorities are our budget (£800 max if we’re pushing it), parking space for at least one car (especially if far from bower Ashton campus as we’re all based there), and to have at least two bathrooms.
