Looking for a furnished double room or studio

I'm a multidisciplinary artist, a Creative Director, and an international student completing an MA in Creative Writing at the University of Westminster.

I’m looking for a furnished, accessible double bedroom or studio flat (disabled access). I'd be moving from N17. I'd be looking to move-in July 5th. Looking for a place in North or East London, 5 minute walk to the tube station; 35 minutes to central. Short-term/long-term let. Preferred Budget £850 (max £1000/mo). Looking for a place with laundry and no stairs. Walk-in shower & bath tub, Ensuite and living room preferred.
