Looking for a third housemate in Crookes

My flatmate and I have found a lovely house (112 Stannington View Road) and are looking for one or two more people to join us.

It’s £99/w bills included, 4 mins from Crookes high street and right next to the Rivelin Valley.
We’re both fairly reserved people looking for a mature environment. James is studying Environmental Science, and I’m about to begin a gap year.

Hello! I’m Charlie, a mature Biology student looking for a quiet house on the edge of the city. I’m about to begin a year out from my studies to work as a maths tutor while reconsidering my academic direction, and would love to find a nice group of people to share the space with.

I’m a keen climber and fell runner, and often work on local conservation projects. I’m also an active member of UoS Philosophy and Debate societies, and have recently taken up Spikeball!
I’m looking for friendly, considerate housemates who value a peaceful, tidy house. I’d love to cook and socialise together, while also appreciating my own quieter time.

Having grown up in rural Herefordshire, greenery and quick access to the countryside are very important to me. I’m looking for houses on the edge of Crookes, as this strikes a good balance between the nearby Rivelin Valley and civilisation in the opposite direction.
