Looking for a final housemate in Crookes

Update: My flatmates and I have found a lovely house on Stannington View Road and are looking for one more person to join us.

It’s around a 4 minute walk from Crookes high street, right next to the Rivelin Valley, and £429ppm bills included.
We’re both pretty reserved and looking for a calm environment. Bertie is a Biology postgrad and we’re both about to begin gap years.

Hello! I’m Charlie, a mature Biology student looking for a quiet house on the edge of the city. I’m about to begin a year out from my studies to work as a maths tutor while reconsidering my academic direction, and would love to find a nice group of people to share the space with.

I’m a keen climber and fell runner, and often work on local conservation projects. I’m also an active member of UoS Philosophy and Debate societies, and have recently taken up Spikeball!
I’m looking for friendly, considerate housemates who value a peaceful, tidy house. I’d love to cook and socialise together, while also appreciating my own quieter time.

Having grown up in rural Herefordshire, greenery and quick access to the countryside are very important to me. I’m looking for houses on the edge of Crookes, as this strikes a good balance between the nearby Rivelin Valley and civilisation in the opposite direction.
