Three flatmates looking for a fourth!

We are three good friends looking for a fourth person to house-hunt for us - we all live together currently with many people, but we want to downsize. We love spending time together and want to make a house a home - we like a good gathering or party, but we also watch a lot of films on our projector, and we know it's important to have your alone time too! We're looking to move to the East or North East of London and we need one person who would want to look with us. We're all queer, with a strong interest professionally and personally in music and musical theatre, and we're hoping for somewhere with a garden and balcony as well as good communal areas so we can hang out :)
