Italian young lady looking for a new London home

Hi there :)

Thanks for reading my ad. Nice to e-meet you! My name is Virginia, I am a 28-years old young professional working for a contractor/property developer. I am originally from Italy, but I've lived in the UK for the past 9 years of which 4 in Manchester (UoM) and 5 in London. Before the UK, I lived in Germany for a couple of years too.

In London I always lived in the same house in Battersea for 5 years, but due to contract changes I am now looking for a new place. I would like to explore a new area closer to my office, so Angel or that side of Zone 1 would be ideal (so can walk to work!). Alternatively, I am happy to stay in beloved SW, so anywhere around Battersea, Clapham, Clapham Junction and Balham. Anywhere along the norther line is ideal.

Outside of work I keep busy with swimming, yoga and pilates or sometimes hiking outside of London. When I have time, I like an art project whether it's painting or anything crafty. I am originally from the countryside, so if there is a garden or terrace I might get stuck into some gardening too. Otherwise I simply wind down by reading a book.

No strict requirements about the new home, but due to a previous ankle injury I would prefer a flat rather than a house and strong preference for modern over older properties. I would also prefer a social household but with calm vibes, i. e without constant loud parties.
