Recent Grad seeking Double room asap-Budget[£500]

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old male and a recent university graduate looking to relocate and base myself in the area as soon as possible. I am currently looking for my first post-grad role, but I have my deposit, upfront rent, and referencing arrangements completely ready to go to secure the right place.
I’m very clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a peaceful home environment where everyone does their bit to keep things tidy.
What I’m Looking For:
I am looking for a long-term double room available for an immediate or very near-future move-in.
Important Note: My mother is currently travelling and will be staying with me just for the first month of the tenancy before heading off. Because of this, I need a property/landlord that is comfortable with a short-term guest for those first 4 weeks. After that, it will just be me long-term!
My Flexibility:
I am available to come for viewings at incredibly short notice (any day of the week) and can make a decision on the spot if the fit is right.
