I am a 29-year-old professional seeking a new place to live in the Surrey area. After travelling New Zealand and Australia for 3 years, I'm back in my home country looking for the next place to call home!
My living preferences are not extensive; just a modest room with basic amenities, and a place to park my car. I will be working a standard 9-5 and will be dedicating free time to the gym, hobbies and meeting friends + family. I am more than happy to get involved with flat activities and socialising, but I'm also okay with keeping to myself if needed. Additionally happy to organise shared meals and maintain a rota of flat chores/go out for shopping runs with the car etc.
Furnished would be ideal but can sort items out if needed. Can supply references from previous landlords and a guarantor upon request.
I have not lived in the area before and am looking forward to getting settled in and building up a community of new people and experiences!
