Hello, I am a 29yo male professional.
I wfh thrice a week.

I am looking for a single or double room. I am especially interested in features such as en-suite, garden and balcony access. No live-in landlords, please.

I have a budget of around £850 pcm and aiming to move late July / early August.

Around the house, I like keeping things organised and clean, and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere by trying to be considerate and respectful.
