My two friends and I are currently on the hunt for a 3-bedroom property to rent for a 12-month tenancy. We are an easygoing, responsible group; during the tenancy, my two friends will be working full-time, and I will be a student at Liverpool John Moores University.

A bit about us: we are a quiet, friendly, and respectful household. In my downtime, I am a big home cook, and I also have a background working in teaching and hospitality, so keeping a shared space tidy and well-maintained is second nature to me. We are simply looking for a comfortable place to settle into for the next year.
