Seeking furnished room in Zone 2 East or North!

Hello!

I’m an Australian in my 30’s, relaxed and social, with plenty of experience as a housemate and know how to be conscious and respectful of peoples space and time.

I’m seeking a furnished room in Zone 2 East or North London. Ideally I’d like to live in a larger flat with 2 or 3 friendly housemates that are late 20s/30+, and at least 2 bathrooms (or an extra toilet).

I work freelance as a brand strategist, sometimes from home but I like to work out and about at cafes/co-works/libraries a lot.

I enjoy wining and dining, going to gigs, films, theatre, exploring, and getting out in nature. Love cooking with/for people and hosting occasional small dinners/games/film nights at home. I also like my chill time to rest and read or watch things. I’m into health and wellbeing, a little woo-woo, and like to use natural cleaning products and would fit into a place already using these, or interested in adopting.

I am house proud, tidy and like to keep things looking nice, and would like to live in a household that shares the same outlook towards how we keep our space. Extra things on the wish list for the home are character and lived-in charm, lots of natural light, and a kitchen fit for lots of cooking. Oh and a bath, if I'm really manifesting hard!

I’m independent and always happy to do my own thing but would also like to live somewhere where housemates become friends and we can enjoy each other’s company.
