Seeking summer sublet in a 30+ household in Zone 2

Hello!
I’m seeking a 3 month furnished room for a summer sublet (June/July/Aug) in Zone 2 North, East or West London. Can be flexible with dates (planning to travel in September before returning to find something more permanent in Oct- but there is a chance I could stay on longer if possible and abandon these plans)

Ideally I’d like to live in a large-ish, safe flat with 2 or 3 friendly housemates that are 30+, and at least 2 bathrooms (or an extra toilet).

I’ve just arrived in London, originally from Melbourne, and excited for a new chapter! I’m in my 30’s, outgoing and social, with plenty of experience as a housemate and know how to be conscious and respectful of peoples space and time.

I work freelance as a creative marketer, sometimes from home but I prefer to be out and about at cafes/co-works/libraries. I also don’t tend to keep conventional hours and will often just work at night in my room.

I enjoy going to gigs, films, theatre, wining and dining, exploring, and getting out in nature. I like my chill time to rest and read or watch things. Love cooking with/for people and hosting occasional dinners/games/film nights! Meeting people, being curious and having interesting conversations that expand my world view is important to me. Also very enthusiastic about pop culture and love chatting tv/podcasts/books/internet culture! I’m into health and wellbeing, a little woo-woo, and like to use natural cleaning products and would fit into a place already using these, or willing to adopt (I’m happy to chip in more for these!)

I am house proud, tidy and like to keep things looking nice, and would like to live in a household that shares the same outlook towards how we keep our space. Extra things on the wish list for the home are character and lived-in charm, lots of natural light, and a kitchen fit for lots of cooking. Oh and a spacious bath, if I'm really manifesting hard!

I’m independent and always happy to do my own thing but would also like to live somewhere where housemates become friends and we can enjoy each other’s company and have some fun experiences together, in and out of the house.
