U of E MSc student seeking central room

Hello. I'm Lilly, an incoming philosophy MSc student at UofE looking for a room for the 2026-2027 academic year, Ideally within walking distance of the George Square campus.

I'm responsible, friendly and have previous experience living in groups :)

I would love to find other postgraduates to live with, or young professionals in their 20s. I'm looking to move to Edinburgh late August 2026 and move out August 2027.

I'm quiet and like to keep things organised, so I would appreciate finding others who enjoy a bit more of a mellow atmosphere and tidy space!

I'm quite focused on my studies and will be out of the house most days. I also tutor so will be occupied a couple evenings a week doing that from home.

Outside of philosophy, I enjoy climbing, cinema and long walks with no particular detestation in mind. I also enjoy folk music and play the tennor banjo, but I am happy to keep my practice within specific hours.

I'm used to living in groups, and love getting to cook for multiple people - but similarly happy to eat independently as I enjoy my own space. I'm vegan so it would be great to find another veggie/vegan to room with :)
