28yo marketing professional :)

I am 28yo, working remotely in b2b software marketing. I've lived in London (Tooting) for just over a year, and looking for a change of scene! I'm looking for a place with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms (not fussed on whether I have the en-suite or main bathroom, but due to working remotely, I'd like to have space in my bedroom for a desk).

In my free time I love pilates, yoga, matcha & a walk, trying as many new restaurants in London as I can, travelling all over the world, reading, the theatre, exhibitions, and having a nice glass of wine with friends/family!

I would describe myself as a very social person, so ideally want to move in with someone I can form some kind of friendship with/get on with. However, I also really value my alone time, and respect that of others as well. I think I'm pretty easy to live with, I'm very clean/tidy/organised and respectful of my environment. I'm usually out with friends on the weekends, and sometimes during the week but I'm quiet when I come home :)

I really like the New Acres complex / Battersea Reach in Wandsworth and the building at 251 Southwark Bridge Road in E&C / the Strata building in E&C, however I'm opening to looking across Wandsworth, E&C, Borough, London Bridge, Battersea, Clapham Common/Old Town, Balham, Wimbledon, and Angel.

Budget: £1400-1500 pcm + max £200 for bills (the lower the better! :D)
