My friend and I are looking for a 2-bedroom flat in Edinburgh, preferably with 2 bathrooms, although 1 bathroom is also fine. Ideally, we would like something close to our office in EH3 8BL.
We are international students currently undertaking a paid AI Research Internship with Huawei. We have a strong combined income and can provide proof of employment and references if required.
We are quiet, responsible, and respectful tenants. We do not smoke, drink, host parties, or have pets. We have previously lived in the UK and are familiar with renting and maintaining a property.
