Looking to buddy up & 2bed place, flat share !

Hi everyone! My name is Austin, born and raised in Malaysia and will be relocating to London beginning of July for work after spending the past 7 years in Indiana, US. I have a background in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue.

Working a hybrid role, 2-3days WFH
Clean, tidy, and organized
Non-smoker
Easygoing, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces
Values privacy while also being friendly and sociable

My hobbies include badminton, hiking, road trips, traveling, and exploring new places.

I’m open to sharing with either a male or female flatmate in a 2bed 2 bath so that we each could have our own space. Had previously lived with a female housemate for 3 years without any issues, I believe good communication and mutual respect are what matter most. It would be great if we share some common interests, but it’s definitely not a requirement.
