Looking for flatmate or buddy up ASAP

I’m a uni of Manchester student who is graduating and am wanting to stay in Manchester. I’m looking to move to city centre, preferably NQ/Ancoats direction but am flexible, as I work in hospitality so it’s a lot closer to where I work. Due to this I do a lot of late shifts I’m very good at being quiet after work and have never had problems being too loud but you would have to know that’s what you would be living with. I am very tidy and clean also come with some kitchen appliances.

Also would like a social housemate, whether that’s watch a show together, go pub together or even gym together (would help with my motivation to go). Please contact me am happy to get a coffee or pint to discuss over and see how we vibe. Am needing a place relatively.
