My name is Remya, and I am a professional scientist starting a new role with the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) near Addlestone on Monday, 22nd June.

Because my family is based in Sheffield (where my daughter is starting her GCSEs), I am looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable room to stay in during the week. My typical routine will be staying in Surrey from Monday to Friday and driving back to Sheffield on weekends, though depending on my workload, I may occasionally stay over a weekend.

About Me:

Professional & Reliable: As a civil servant, I have just passed strict government pre-employment checks, including full security vetting and enhanced DBS clearance.

Household Habits: I am a non-smoker, don't drink, and am incredibly quiet, clean, and respectful of personal boundaries and shared spaces. I am completely fine with pets!

Diet & Cooking: I am a non-vegetarian, but I am extremely respectful of household preferences. To keep things simple, I plan to bring pre-cooked meals from home to store and reheat, so I won't be doing heavy daily cooking. I am more than happy to respect a strictly vegetarian kitchen if required.

Logistics & Requirements:

Location: Ideally looking around Woking, Addlestone, Weybridge, or surrounding areas with easy access to the APHA site.

Parking/Storage: I will be driving down from Sheffield, so a parking space (on-street or off-street) is required. I might also bring a bicycle for local commuting if there is a safe spot to store it.

Budget: Looking for a fair weekly or monthly rate with all bills included (500-600 pounds).
